ServiceNow Consultant (m/f/d)

As a ServiceNow Consultant (m/f/d) you will shape the future of IT Service Management and Integration, working with top-tier clients across Austria and Germany to deliver innovative solutions and elevate their ITSM and SIAM environments.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with clients to refine their ServiceNow ITSM processes and optimize their Service Integration and Management (SIAM) environments to meet business objectives.

  • Analyze client needs, design customized ServiceNow workflows, and implement solutions that drive operational efficiency.

  • Facilitate seamless integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems, ensuring a cohesive IT ecosystem.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations that add value to their ServiceNow experience.

  • Regularly update your knowledge with new ServiceNow developments and best practices to ensure cutting-edge solutions for clients.

  • Work closely with a team of experts to share ideas, solve challenges, and deliver exceptional results.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.  Including ITSM and integration capabilities.

  • Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of JavaScript and process management. SIAM environment experience is a plus.

  • Problem Solver: A creative, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to handle complex challenges and deliver practical results.

  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Fluent in German and English with the ability to build strong client relationships.

  • Customer-Focused: A passion for delivering exceptional client service, building trust, and maintaining long-term relationships.
